What We Ask of Every Resident
Our homes are not care facilities, so every resident needs to be able to live safely on their own within a shared household.

- Able to manage your own medications and personal care
- Willing to respect housemates and follow shared house rules

Yes. We welcome returning citizens coming home from incarceration who are ready for a stable, respectful household. We talk with you directly about your situation, any reporting requirements, and what support you need in your first months back.

Is this a care facility?
No. We are affordable shared living community housing. We do not provide nursing, medical, or personal care services. Residents manage their own daily routines in a clean, furnished, supervised household.
What does the home include?
A furnished room in a shared house with washer and dryer, full kitchen, dishwasher, cleaning supplies, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, a back patio deck and large backyard, dedicated parking, and bus line access.
How do I apply?
Complete our short prequalification form. It covers your housing and re-entry situation, health and mobility, emergency evacuation, income, and goals. We review it and give you a straight answer either way.
